The Headgear Audio Leo OFC Headphone Replacement Cable is a handcrafted upgrade cable designed specifically for Hifiman headphones — compatible with the Sundara, Ananda, Ananda Stealth, Arya, Arya Stealth, HE-400i 2020, and other models using Hifiman's 3.5mm or 2.5mm dual-entry connectors. It is also compatible with Focal and select Denon headphones sharing the same connector.

The Leo cable uses OFC (Oxygen-Free Copper) strands in a 4-core, 24AWG geometry. It is voiced for neutrality — improving dynamics, clarity, and instrument separation without colouring or tonally shifting the headphone's character. If you want to hear your Sundara or Ananda as they were designed to sound, without the bottleneck of a thin stock cable, the Leo is the ideal starting point.

Available in 5 termination options — 3.5mm SE, 6.3mm SE, 2.5mm TRRS Balanced (Astell&Kern / Onkyo), 4.4mm Pentaconn Balanced (Sony / iFi), and 4-Pin XLR Balanced — and two sleeving colours (Black and Red Tracer). Each cable is custom-built to order with a 7–10 business day lead time.

Connectors are genuine Neutrik gold-plated, soldered with Cardas silver solder. The cable slider is CNC-machined anodized aluminium, made in the USA and cryogenically treated for durability. The paracord sleeving is Netherlands-made Mil-Spec 550lb tensile strength nylon — rot, mold, UV, and mildew resistant.
